Working Lands: Food, Farm and Forest Enterprise
At its core, the Working Lands: Food, Farm and Forest enterprise will operate as a business within the overall campus community. It will provide food for the participants and staff in the Conservation Leadership program, Innovation Hub, the Commons, as well as for other anticipated community organizations on campus.
This enterprise will feature a farm and food incubator hub that creates a space for participants to learn practical skills and work ethic, develop expertise within the culinary or agricultural fields, and access networks that will enable them to make a difference in the food system.
